Ms. Hoffman
Hi! My name is Katie Hoffman and I am the school counselor at Mt. Tabor Elementary School! Recently, I graduated with my M.A. in School Counseling from Kean University. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I taught 5th grade for 6 years. As the counselor, my goal is to help students reach their full potential socially, emotionally, and academically. In addition to being the school counselor here, I am also the Anti-Bullying Specialist, Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) chairperson and the coordinator of 504 plans.
When I am not at school, I love spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy doing anything active outdoors, going to the beach in the summer and watching football in the fall!
