MEDIA:

The media center strives to improve student achievement as teachers,
media specialist, and computer technologist work together.
The objectives of the media center program are:

• to instill a love of reading through current as well as classic literature, fiction and non-fiction materials, and periodicals.

• to develop information and research skills necessary for higher learning.

• to incorporate the use of technology into the curriculum.

Our media center is a warm and welcoming place for students, staff and parents to visit. Students are able to locate books and media using the Media Center's computers. They can search the library database by entering title, author, subject or keyword to view the library's holdings. Students are guided and encouraged to borrow during their scheduled media time.

The Parsippany-Troy Hills Public Library is a great extension to our school library in the evening and on weekends to borrow books as well as resources for school projects and research. Please click on the following link for direct access to find location, times of operation and special programs.
